Collaborate data on brown outs and fire incidents in Philadelphia. In the future the trip of the browned out station will be calculated and compared to the responding station in order to find out if the response time was affected by the station brown out.

There's now a way for StationDown to get the travel time between two points using the Google Directions API.
The only brownout data we have is March '14, the rest are in PDF format that I've uploaded to GitHub:

Anyone looking for something to do is more than welcome to convert the data in the PDF to a CSV file.
