Get Cameras By Lat Lng

• Endpoint: /getCamerasByLatLng.php
• Parameters: lat - Latitude, lng - Longitude, radius - (in miles, default 10mi), count - (default 20) format - (xml or json)

Get All Cameras

• Endpoint: /getAllCameras.php
