To play pumpkin panic, you just need to use the keyboard to control your character. You can press W, A, S, D to move; F key to plant trees; SPACE key for watering; SHIFT key to run; R key to turn on the light; TAB key to hide toolbar; and SCROLL WHEEL key to zoom. You can also use sticks and leaves to make fishing rods.
