Our primary goal is to spread yoga as a harmonious, healthy lifestyle to the general public. An essential mission of the AYM Yoga School is to teach people how to practice correctly and then to teach yoga independently, both mentally and health-wise.
Our mission is to bring yoga to everyone – for each student and teacher alike to express themselves and become a more authentic you. Our Yoga classes balance the challenges of physical practice with the mentally restorative elements of yoga.
