Alyssa Hernandez 

Hi! I'm currently attending a Java programming bootcamp at Tech Elevator in Philadelphia. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a major in poetry, a minor in studio arts and a certificate in digital media.

After working in self-publishing for a year and playing around with basic markup languages in my free time, I decided that I'd like to pursue a different direction in life while utilizing the creative skills I developed throughout college and my early professional career. I'm excited continue my journey as a programmer in a few months to contribute towards bigger ideas and see my work come to fruition!
